Laid Scrims for prepregs in the lightweight constructions  

   Prepregs are pre-impregnated reinforcement fibres. As components of flexible lightweight construction products they increase their mechanical tensile or bending load ability, security and durability. 

   We supply prepreg manufacturers with Biaxial orTriaxial laid scrims, featuring high mechanical load capacity, minimum weight, epoxy resin friendly or capable of hot sealing. For optimized fixation of roving made of carbon or glass fibers that are processed to prepregs which are outstandingly cuttable and punchable.

   Prepreg manufacturers can utilize laid scrims first of all where strains are extraordinarily high and flexible materials are indispensable, like as Rotor blades of Wind Turbines, aircrafts (especially wings, fuselage and propellers), high performance sailing yachts, seat shell and etc.
