ECORE® Sandwich Composite Panel
FRP sandwich PANEL with a structural of core materials
ECORE® is a kind of innovative sandwich Composites panel, and have widely used in many fields, like dry van bodies, mobile house, refrigerated truck bodies, caravan, cold room, prefabricated house, wall & ceiling cladding etc.
ECORE® adopted GRP/FRP gel coated panel as exterior and interior sidewall, with a various core materials upon particular requests, then under a processing of pressure to achieve a composite structural of sandwich panel.
Its typical structure: GRP/FRP skin (exterior layer) + core material (like as XPS, EPS, PUR foam, Honeycombs, plywood etc.) + GRP/FRP skin (interior layer).
ECORE ® have property of reducing weight and remaining good mechanical performance, and characterized with light weight, high strength, excellent thermal insulation, environmental-friend, waterproof, and corrosion resistance, etc.
Note: the thickness of GRP/FRP skins of sandwich panel is in the range of 1.0mm-2.5mm, and compound with other materials as skin layers are available on requests.
