FIBERGLASSFiberglass is made of E or ECR glass drawing from high speed winder under melted through Pt/Rh bushing, fine filaments which the diameter is ranging from 24um down to 4.0um and thinner. This

Glass fiber is made by melting E or ECR glass from a high-speed winding machine through Pt/Rh bushings, with thin filaments ranging in diameter from 24 4.0 μ m. This material is a composite material with special surface treatment film/two agents and processing according to the final application request. Fiberglass filaments rotate together and are the basic materials for many different products. The types are single or multiple rovings, untwisted coarse gauze, short cut felt, textile yarn, short cut raw silk, combination pad, veil/tissue, damaged or UD fabric wet cut, etc.

Glass fiber is used for a wide range of applications, such as pipelines and water tanks, transportation, construction, ocean, electronics/electrical, wind energy, consumer goods, aerospace, and other materials. The bonding strength and flexibility are relatively light in weight. The gaps between tiny fibers ensure good insulation and absorption of noise and sound. Suffer from cold and heat without expanding. Glass fiber is a very competitive type
