Instruction:                         
ECL Engineered Paving Mat is manufactured using a wet-formed process, comprised of fiberglass and polyester fibers blended in an special Matrix binder. It has been specifically designed to provide high modulus tensile strength while creating a moisture barrier to retard the effects of reflective cracking.
ECL paving mat is a hybrid fiberglass and polyester paving mat, that when impregnated in asphalt concrete, forms a water barrier to limit water intrusion in the pavement and road base.
Paving mat with unique, nonwoven, randomly dispersed fiberglass construction process, gives the pavement 360
tensile reinforcement. Because pavements crack in all directions, the forces that cause cracking can be reduced with the addition of paving mat in the pavement overlay application.
